Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 5 August 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the UntitledPros Creative Studio website and the provision of our website design, development, ecommerce, hosting, maintenance, SEO, Google Ads and related digital services.

By using this website, requesting a quotation or accepting a proposal, you agree to the terms that apply to the relevant interaction or service.

1. About UntitledPros

UntitledPros Creative Studio provides website design, development, ecommerce, hosting, maintenance, SEO, Google Ads and related digital services.

Our current business and contact details are available in the website footer and through the contact information displayed on this website.

2. Website Use

This website is provided for general information about UntitledPros, our portfolio and our services.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
  • Introduce malicious code, automated spam or harmful content.
  • Copy or reuse protected website content without permission.
  • Interfere with the security, availability or operation of the website.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our systems, our users or our business.

3. Website Information

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and current. However, website content is provided for general information and does not automatically form part of a service agreement.

Final services, prices, deadlines, deliverables and responsibilities are confirmed separately through a written quotation, proposal, invoice, email confirmation or service agreement.

4. Quotations and Proposals

Quotations are prepared using the information available when the request is reviewed.

A quotation may include the project scope, deliverables, estimated timeline, payment schedule, revision stages and other service conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, a quotation does not reserve project time and does not create a binding service agreement until it has been accepted and any required initial payment has been received.

Quotations may be revised where requirements, third-party costs, functionality or project scope change.

5. Service Agreement

A service agreement begins when the client accepts the applicable proposal or quotation and completes any required confirmation or initial payment.

The accepted proposal, quotation or written agreement forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Where a project-specific agreement conflicts with these general terms, the project-specific written agreement will apply to that project, subject to mandatory applicable law.

6. Project Scope

The project includes only the pages, functionality, content, integrations and deliverables described in the accepted proposal.

Additional requests may require a revised quotation, an extended timeline or a separate service agreement.

Examples of additional work may include:

  • Additional pages or website sections.
  • New functionality or integrations.
  • Extra design concepts or revisions.
  • Additional languages.
  • Product entry or content migration.
  • Copywriting, photography or media editing.
  • Third-party technical troubleshooting.
  • Work requested after final approval.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing the information, access, approvals and materials reasonably required to complete the project.

This may include:

  • Accurate business and contact information.
  • Text, images, logos, products and service information.
  • Domain, hosting or platform access.
  • Payment-provider or third-party account access.
  • Timely feedback and project approvals.
  • Confirmation that supplied content may legally be used.

The client is responsible for reviewing the accuracy of names, prices, products, services, legal information and other business content before publication.

8. Client Content and Permissions

The client confirms that they own, license or otherwise have permission to use all content supplied for the project.

This includes text, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, fonts, product information and other materials.

UntitledPros is not responsible for claims arising from content supplied, selected or approved by the client, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

9. Payments

Prices, deposits, instalments and payment deadlines are specified in the applicable quotation, proposal or invoice.

Work may begin after the required initial payment and project information have been received.

We may pause work or delay delivery where an invoice remains unpaid after its agreed due date.

Third-party fees, licences, advertising budgets, domains, hosting, applications or premium software are not included unless expressly stated.

10. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates unless a fixed deadline has been expressly confirmed in writing.

Timelines may be affected by:

  • Late content, access or feedback.
  • Changes to the agreed project scope.
  • Third-party approvals or technical services.
  • Unexpected technical problems.
  • Events outside the reasonable control of either party.

Where a project becomes inactive because required information or feedback has not been provided, it may need to be rescheduled according to current availability.

11. Design and Revisions

The number and type of revisions included in a project are defined in the accepted proposal.

Revisions should relate to the approved project scope and should be provided clearly and within the agreed review period.

A major change to the approved direction, structure or functionality may be treated as additional work.

12. Client Approval

The client is responsible for reviewing designs, content, links, functionality, prices and important business information before final approval and launch.

Approval may be provided through email, messaging, a project platform or another agreed written method.

Changes requested after final approval may be quoted separately.

13. Website Launch

A website may be launched after the agreed work has been completed, required approvals have been received and outstanding project payments have been settled.

The client should test the important website pages, forms, contact details, products and purchasing process before providing final approval.

14. Intellectual Property

The client retains ownership of original content and branding supplied by the client.

Ownership or usage rights for custom project deliverables are governed by the accepted proposal and normally become available after full payment of the applicable project fees.

UntitledPros retains ownership of its existing methods, reusable components, know-how, internal tools and materials created independently of the client project.

Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, images, software and platforms remain subject to their respective licences and provider terms.

15. Portfolio Use

Unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing, UntitledPros may identify completed work in its portfolio, website, social media or promotional material.

Confidential business information or unpublished client material will not knowingly be disclosed through portfolio use.

16. Third-Party Services

Projects may use third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, plugins, themes, analytics tools, advertising platforms, courier integrations or email services.

These services are controlled by their respective providers and may be subject to separate charges, licences, availability and terms.

UntitledPros cannot guarantee that a third-party service will remain unchanged, continuously available or compatible indefinitely.

17. Hosting, Maintenance and Support

Hosting, maintenance and technical support are provided only where included in an active agreement or separately purchased service.

The specific services, response times, backup arrangements and support limits are defined in the relevant package or agreement.

No website or hosting service can be guaranteed to operate without every interruption, error or security risk.

18. Search Engine Optimization

SEO services may improve website structure, relevance, crawlability, content and search visibility.

Search-engine rankings, traffic and enquiries depend on factors including competition, algorithms, content, authority, location and third-party platforms.

UntitledPros does not guarantee a particular search-engine position, traffic volume or commercial result.

19. Google Ads and Advertising

Advertising budgets paid to Google or another platform are separate from setup, management, tracking or landing-page fees unless otherwise stated.

Advertising platforms control advertisement approval, auctions, account restrictions and delivery.

UntitledPros does not guarantee a particular advertising position, number of enquiries, cost per result or sales outcome.

20. Cancellation by the Client

A client may request project cancellation by providing written notice.

Payments, refunds and any amount due for completed work, reserved project time or committed third-party costs will be handled according to the accepted proposal and mandatory applicable law.

Any completed or partially completed work may remain unavailable for use until applicable outstanding payments have been settled.

21. Consumer Withdrawal Rights

Where the client is legally considered a consumer and the agreement is concluded at a distance, statutory withdrawal rights may apply.

Where the consumer expressly requests that services begin during an applicable withdrawal period, the consumer may be responsible for an amount proportionate to the services already provided if they later withdraw.

Where a service has been fully performed following the consumer’s prior express request and acknowledgement, the statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

22. Cancellation or Suspension by UntitledPros

UntitledPros may suspend or end a service where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • Required payments remain outstanding.
  • The client repeatedly fails to provide required information.
  • The requested activity is unlawful or abusive.
  • The client requests work that violates third-party rights.
  • Continuing the service creates a security or legal risk.

Where practical, we will communicate the reason and any outstanding project or payment position.

23. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the service, completed work, committed costs, the accepted proposal and applicable law.

Third-party costs, licences, domains, hosting, advertising expenditure and other amounts already committed to external providers may not be recoverable.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory refund or consumer right.

24. Website and Service Availability

We take reasonable steps to provide our website and agreed services. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security, hosting, provider failures or circumstances outside our control.

We may update, remove or change website content and services where reasonably necessary.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UntitledPros will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from website use, third-party services or an interruption outside our reasonable control.

Where legally permitted, any financial liability relating to a specific paid service will be limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

26. External Links

This website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. UntitledPros is not responsible for their availability, security, content, products, services or privacy practices.

27. Privacy and Personal Data

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy .

28. Events Outside Reasonable Control

Neither party will be responsible for delay caused by circumstances outside their reasonable control, including major service interruptions, natural events, government restrictions, provider failures, cyber incidents or other unexpected emergencies.

29. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Cyprus.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of mandatory legal protections or jurisdiction rights available under applicable law.

30. Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated when our services, website, providers or legal requirements change.

The latest version will be published on this page together with the updated date.

Project-specific terms accepted before an update will continue to be governed by the applicable accepted agreement unless otherwise agreed.
