Starting from the second year, there is an annual fee for hosting, ensuring continued access to our hosting services. Our hosting packages come with regular updates, security features, and dedicated support to keep your website optimized and running smoothly. We offer flexible subscription plans to accommodate various website requirements, whether you're running a small blog or a large e-commerce site.

Am I forced to have Hosting?

Hosting is necessary to keep your website accessible to visitors.

Is there a Subscription for Hosting?

Yes, there is an annual payment for hosting, ensuring regular updates and the benefits included in our hosting packages.

Why are there three Hosting packages?

Different websites have different needs. Smaller pages require less storage, while larger e-shops may need a more extensive hosting package.

What are Support Packages?

Support packages help maintain and enhance the functionality of your website. These packages offer ongoing assistance, updates, and maintenance to ensure your website remains secure, up-to-date, and optimized for performance. UntitledPros Support Services

Every UntitledPros website requires an active annual support package to ensure it remains secure, up to date, and fully operational. Our support packages include monthly WordPress, theme, and plugin updates, ongoing maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Clients can select a package of 5, 10, or 20 support hours per year, depending on their website’s requirements.

Is a Support Package required?

Yes. An active annual support package is required for all websites developed and maintained by UntitledPros. Clients can choose between the available packages based on the level of support their website requires.

What is Google Ads?

Google Ads is an online advertising platform created by Google to help businesses connect with potential customers actively searching for products or services. This powerful tool enables you to place targeted ads on Google Search, and various websites within Google's advertising network.

What is included in the Google Ads management fee?

Our management fee encompasses everything necessary to set up, optimize, and maintain your Google Ads campaigns. This includes account setup, keyword research, ad creation, A/B testing, bid management, conversion tracking, and detailed performance reports. Each package clearly outlines the services included, helping you choose the right one for your needs.

How is my monthly budget allocated?

Your monthly budget consists of both ad spend and the management fee. For example, in the Silver Package (€300/month), €200 is allocated directly to Google for ad spend, while €100 is dedicated to campaign management. This structure ensures that your campaigns are optimized to maximize results without exceeding your budget.

How long does it take to see results?

Most businesses start seeing results, such as increased traffic or leads, within the first few weeks of launching a Google Ads campaign. However, for optimal results and performance insights, we recommend running campaigns for at least 2–3 months. This timeframe allows us to refine your ads, improve targeting, and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Can I target specific countries or regions?

Yes, all our packages include geo-targeting options. Our PROs will customize your ads to your selected locations, ensuring you effectively reach your desired audience.

Is it possible to get a refund?

Before website construction begins, you can request a refund. However, once construction begins, the advance payment is non-refundable.
